To help reduce the stress of meal planning, I’ve prepared a balanced and easy-to-digest Thursday meal plan today.
👉 Grilled tofu, potato soup, and steamed mackerel will provide essential proteins, healthy fats, and vitamins for your child's health.

🌅 Breakfast: White Rice + Grilled Tofu + Steamed Broccoli 🍚🥦

✔️ Ingredients:

  • 1/2 block of tofu

  2. Grill the tofu in a non-stick pan until golden brown.

  4. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water, then season with sesame oil and a pinch of salt.
  5. Serve the tofu and broccoli with white rice.
